KIM list is a list of people who are interested in adopting fanlistings if the owner ever decide to adopt them out. When adopting out the fanlisting(s) people listed will usually have first dibs, but doesn't mean that they will be chosen.

Some uses a modified script to manage the list, while others do it manually by hand. People who are interested in adopting the fanlisting would add themselves via the form script, or by sending an email to the owner.
